Music is a universal language that connects us. Inspired by the healing magic of music and the feelings wheel, is a collection of collaborative playlists made for some of my biggest feelings. Rather than neglecting and intellectualizing them, my hope is that in sharing songs that we listen to when feeling these feelings with one another that we can be united by, and heal through, music together.

These are all collaborative playlists. Whether you purchase the physical copy or join the playlist, I hope you enjoy and allow yourself to feel the feelings. You’re not alone!
