For anyone who loves to craft, suitable for 1st time trinket box makers and ranging up to experienced found-object artists!
It’s all about curation and composition baby! There are no wrong ways to create your trinket box it’s all vibes and what’s in your heart, but Ana is here to guide you in theme/composition/narrative! Ana will be providing helpful tips/advice on where to start and how we can form visual memory through nostalgic elements/well-loved objects :•)
Materials provided are:
• Box frames
• Origami paper
• Rocks and shells
• Hot glue
• Pom-poms, tiny jars, star sequins/beads
• Dried flowers
Workshop participants can bring:
• Anything meaningful to you!
• Photos with friends/family
• Things you collect
• Your own artwork, things you’ve made that you’d like to display
• Notes/poems/writing excerpts

This class is sliding scale, so please choose the amount that makes the most sense for you. The options are set up in $5 increments, but if you want to pay amounts in between, you can add a tip at checkout.

Ana (they/she) is an illustrator from Brooklyn, New York. They love storytelling and exploring illustration through a variety of mediums including ink, watercolor, paper, clay, and found materials. She appreciates going on long walks and collecting random little objects in her free time :•)
