Miwa Neishi: Oblong Moji Pot
Uniquely hand-built with clay, fired and glazed to be functional as a flower vase or candle holder.
The clay is blended with several kinds of brown clay with various textures.
Inspired by the history of Chinese letters brought to Japan, the artist create these ceramic vessels to invite viewers to find expressions through lines and forms.
